Agency considers green housing at Mission Bay

From the Examiner today, “The Redevelopment Agency on Tuesday will consider approval of a 268-unit housing project at Berry and Fifth streets as a “green building” to be certified by the Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design program. The project is a 16-story tower, a nine-story mid-rise structure, and a six-story, low-rise building with two-story lofts that wrap around the building. The units range from 608 to 1,345 square feet with an average unit size of 862 square feet. The meeting is in City Hall, Room 416 at 4 p.m.”
