Broadened affordable-housing rule proposed by McGoldrick
From the Examiner, "Supervisor Jake McGoldrick says he’s planning to introduce legislation on Tuesday that would expand San Francisco’s affordable-housing stock by requiring smaller projects with five or more units to either include lower-priced alternatives or pay a fee. Currently only projects of 10 units or more come under the so-called inclusionary housing rules that require at least 10 percent of on-site units be priced below market rates."
