From today’s Examiner, “A vision for Glen Park that emerged from a fire that engulfed the neighborhood’s only grocery store in 1998 has languished for two years due to a lack of funding — until now. A $3.5 million federal grant announced this summer will pay for some of the plan’s suggested transportation improvements.”
“After years of debate, a project called the Glen Park Marketplace will be finished early next year. The project includes an 8,000-square-foot high-end store called Canyon Market, a new library upstairs and 15 condos.”
