The Chronicle’s Business section has yet another piece on the forward momentum of the changes that are taking place in the Fillmore.
“When completed in 2007, the $68 million development at Fillmore and Eddy streets will have 80 condominiums, a new Yoshi’s music club, a jazz heritage museum, a new restaurant and two parking garages for more than 200 cars.”
“Sixty-eight will be sold at market and 12 will be affordable, meaning priced between $200,000 and $300,000…”
