Condo Conversion Seniority item in Land Use Committee today

Supervisor Dufty's attempt to change to the condo conversion rules to give would-be converters seniority for the years they have waited (waded?) through the lottery is in the Land Use committee today.

The tenant activist circus will likely be out in full force today, so if you have free time and you're a TIC owner in a 3+ unit building, you might want to go and make your voice heard. The meeting is at 1pm in Room 263 at City Hall, and this is item #4 on the agenda.
