Last Friday, July 28th, SFHomeBlog hit its one year anniversary.
And after 685 posts, I think it has been worthwhile...
As I move into a second year of blogging, look for me to continue to remind you that the market is doing just fine for most buyers and very many intelligent sellers... except maybe in mid-September when everyone comes back from their August vacations and dumps their inventory on the market...

Congrats on meking through year 1. Blogging seems a lot like shouting into the void sometimes and I know there must have been moments when you were wondering if this all was worth it. It was. We are listening.
