Let's take bets on how long before the drug dealers take over.

Unfortunately, with this city's record of building/fixing things and then doing absolutely no upkeep I'm afraid qanda is right. I'm not willing to place a bet.

I dunno. It's awfully close to a lot the city is trying to accomplish, Westfield Shopping, New Moscone center, etc. It's also very close to the Police Station. It's beautiful as I live a block away, well lit, and I've heard rumored is going to be VERY heavily patrolled to make sure it doesn't turn into a drug den.

Time will tell. At any rate the greenery is desperately needed in this neck of the woods and I am staying 'cautiously' optimistic.
