Help paint a mural at Divisadero & McAllister

Neighbors,

We will be painting a mural at the corner of Divisadero and McAllister
Streets this weekend, Saturday, April 7th.

The mural is designed by Lower Haight resident Shenandoah Smith, and is
intended to make that corner (at the Save More Market) a bit more cheerful,
as well as to help deter grafitti. Shenandoah painted a similar mural in the
500 block of Haight St, and the often-tagged wall has been left alone. It's
her hope that this wall will receive the same respect from taggers, and be a
great neighborhood marker for Divisadero Street. The design is whimsical
and fun.

We hope you can join us! Come out anytime between 9am - 4pm, and bring your
paintbrush, painting clothes, water/lunch.
